Conference Overview
Aviation Crisis Management 2009 will bring together senior figures from airports, airlines, transport authorities, Government, associations, suppliers and academia working within the aviation sector.Crisis Management immediately brings to mind the rare occurrence of aircraft accidents but there are many more challenges facing airports and airlines which need contingency planning. Implementing appropriate measures to cover any crisis which can lead to delays, damage to property or customer safety & well-being will reduce the adverse affect upon all stakeholders. Both airports and airlines rely upon public confidence that their operations are running in secure, safe environments. Any external influences which are allowed to affect this smooth running can lead to customer dissatisfaction or worse and consequently have negative financial implications.
Aviation Crisis Management 2009 is designed to bring together the most pre-eminent figures in the field to share experiences and discuss the latest regulations, technology and techniques to reduce and eliminate the effect of all crises upon airports. Speakers and attendees will have an opportunity to examine best practice across the whole range of threats and challenges the industry faces.
This unique two day conference will include presentations from the leading figures, panel discussions, workshops and simulations, a table top exhibition and unrivalled networking opportunities such as an evening drinks reception as well as during the refreshment and lunch breaks. Utilising our knowledge and extensive contacts within the aviation sector, we are in an unrivalled position to organise events within the industry. Consequently, throughout our history we have held highly successful events across the globe enabling us to grow as a leading force to provide our clients with solutions for their complete marketing mix. Aviation Crisis Management 2009 will be a unique conference utilising the knowledge and extensive readership of our highly respected and industry leading publication; International Airport Review.

Wholly owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi, the company is based near to its principal asset Abu Dhabi International Airport. ADAC also owns and operates Al Ain International Airport and the capital's executive jet airport at Al Bateen, which is the region's first dedicated private jet airport in the heart of the city.
